Meet the Teacher Coffee Mornings

Three young girls are pictured sat at their desks, wearing their academy uniform. The girl in the centre is seen smiling brightly at the camera.

Dear Parents and Carers,

I am delighted to be able to invite you all to some ‘Meet the Teacher’ coffee mornings with your class teachers on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th September 2023.

Parents Evening is planned for after the half term break and will be a good opportunity for you to meet to discuss your child/children on a deeper level. The coffee mornings are 30 minute sessions which give you the opportunity to meet the class teacher, for them to give you an overview of their year group and any particular focuses, such as the phonics screening check in year 1 or the multiplication check in year 4. We will provide drinks and biscuits too.

These coffee mornings will be for Years 1-5. Our Nursery and Reception parents have already had the chance to meet Mrs Imthiyaz and Miss Hartung, and Miss Brading will be holding a Year 6 Information Evening on Thursday 21st September at 3.30pm. This will be held after school so that pupils can attend too and she will be sending out a letter with more details shortly.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns regarding your child, please make an appointment to meet with their class teacher.
