We work closely with parents and carers. Partnership with parents is the last key feature of effective practice found in the revised Development Matters guidance (2021). Relationships with parents have always been central to the early years and form one of the overarching principles of the EYFS: a partnership with parents ensures that each parent is kept up-to-date on their child’s learning and development.

“I would just like to say a massive thank you to Mrs Imthiyaz and Mrs Sherman for all their amazing help and support they have given to Bobby over the last year and a half. I couldn’t have asked for a better nursery for Bobby to attend and better adults to help support him on his learning journey. Bobby has loved attending PEPA tots and has always looked forward to going. He has an amazing bond with the adults and has made such good friendships within the nursery.
