KS2 Music Performances

A young boy is seen sat at his desk using a tablet computer in a classroom.

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are delighted to be able to invite you to hear our KS2 children perform a range of songs that they have been rehearsing with Mrs Love in our weekly music lessons. They will range from performing with the steel drums, ocarinas, recorders, flutes, piano and saxophones.

Years 3 and 5 will be performing on Thursday 7th July at 9.30am in the school hall. Please be aware that we will need to limit this to 2 adults per child attending to watch due to space and please let the office know you are attending so that we can lay out the correct number of chairs. Younger siblings may attend but may find it quite loud and noisy so please bear this in mind.

Years 4 and 6 will be performing on Friday 8th July at 9.30am in the school hall. Please be aware that we will need to limit this to 2 adults per child attending to watch due to space and please let the office know you are attending so that we can lay out the correct number of chairs. Younger siblings may attend but may find it quite loud and noisy so please bear this in mind.

We apologise that we are unable to start it any earlier but we will need some time in the morning to get the children organised and to set up some of the instruments. It will be wonderful to share with you what our children have learnt over the course of this academic year with you in music and will be a lovely way to start the day.

Kind Regards,

Mrs L Rimmer
Principal
